These past 14 years have allowed us to forge a solid experience doubled with an excellent reputation.
Our initial turnover has multiplied by 13, 52% of our clients come back at least once and 34% come back at least 3 times or more. At this stage it isn’t a matter of chance.
Furthermore, these years have allowed us to built a strong network of relationships with all the players in the world of diving in France as well as around the globe: travel agencies, journals specialized or not, international shows, reporters, photographers, filming crews… Our address book is solid.
Convinced that communication is the key to success, we are one of the rare structures that has an internally a graphic studio that is in charge of the photos, videos, graphic designs, websites and dive shows.

The assistance of Phocea is one of the three conditions necessary for a serious collaboration dedicated to the success, with the renown of the brand and the transmission of its know-how.
Compared to the company that goes off-line, the franchise therefore takes a limited business risk when it is under contract with a franchisor; the above elements prevent him from falling into the errors of the beginner and save him time and therefore money.

The franchisee remains an independent contractor. However, he will not be alone. It will be provided by Phocea at the beginning of a franchise contract – initial training – and then after the launch of the ongoing training activity .
